Frequently asked questions
Is the Solo plan really free?
Yes. One owner and one technician, up to 50 jobs a month, with GST invoices, UPI QR and service reports. No card needed. Move to Growth when your team grows.
What is the founding offer?
The first 25 paying pest control firms get Growth for ₹9,999 + GST a year, and the price stays the same for the second year. It is paid yearly, one per firm, and includes free setup, data migration (send us your customer Excel and we import it for you) and priority chat support.
How do I pay for Rodence?
Plans are prepaid, monthly or yearly. Pay online from Billing in the app (UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay, for Quantum Culture Technologies), or by UPI or bank transfer to us. Every payment gets a GST tax invoice. Nothing is charged automatically: we remind you before your plan ends and you renew when you are ready.
What happens if I don’t renew?
You get 7 days of grace after the end date. After that the account moves to the free Solo plan. Your customers, jobs, invoices and reports are all kept, and the full plan comes back the moment you renew.
Can I upgrade in the middle of a period?
Yes. The new plan starts straight away, and its period is added on after your current end date, so you never lose days you already paid for.
Do technicians need to install an app?
No. Technicians open Rodence in the browser on their phone (Chrome on Android works well) and can add it to the home screen. There is no Play Store app yet.
Can my customers pay me by UPI?
Yes. Every invoice carries your UPI QR and a "Pay by UPI" link, and you can share the invoice on WhatsApp. You record the payment when it arrives.
Can I import existing customers?
Yes. Upload an Excel/CSV file (Tamil names are fine). On the founding offer we do the import for you.
What support do I get?
Every plan includes video tutorials and in-app chat with the Rodence team. Solo gets a reply within 1 business day; Growth and Commercial get priority replies the same business day. Growth includes free setup and Excel migration, and Commercial adds onboarding and staff training calls.
